Lavender Infused Magnesium Spray

Begin by using 2 to 4 sprays on just your feet for the first few weeks to help your body gradually adjust. After this initial phase, you can start applying 4 to 6 sprays to your stomach as well—this area is especially effective for promoting deep, restorative sleep and boosting your overall magnesium levels.
